This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the mobile game Chains Crystal.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Chains Crystal, referred to in this document as the “Application”.

The Application is provided by "Glory" Marek Cholewa. This document explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices users have regarding their data.

Chains Crystal is an offline puzzle game in which players connect matching crystal pairs, fill puzzle boards, complete levels, collect Crystal Fragments, unlock cosmetic chain styles, and progress through crystal-themed worlds.

The Application does not require account registration, login, or the direct submission of personal information such as a name, address, phone number, or email address.

The Application does not display advertising and does not offer in-app purchases.

3. Information We May Collect

The Application may collect or process limited technical and device-related information, including:

  • Advertising ID;
  • Device ID or device-related identifiers;
  • Crash data and crash logs;
  • Diagnostics data;
  • Technical information about the device, operating system, and application performance.

The Application does not intentionally collect directly identifying personal information such as your full name, postal address, phone number, payment details, or precise location.

4. Local Gameplay Data

Certain gameplay-related information may be stored locally on your device to maintain the functionality of the Application.

This may include:

  • completed levels and level progress;
  • connected puzzle progress and completion status;
  • Crystal Fragments earned in the game;
  • unlocked cosmetic chain styles and selected visual settings;
  • Daily Chain progress, daily rewards, and streak information;
  • application settings and gameplay preferences.

Local gameplay data is used only to preserve your progress and in-app settings. If you uninstall the Application or clear its storage, locally stored data may be deleted depending on your device and operating system behavior.

5. How Information Is Used

Technical, diagnostic, and device-related information may be used for the following purposes:

  • to monitor application stability and performance;
  • to identify, analyze, and fix crashes or technical errors;
  • to improve compatibility, usability, and functionality;
  • to understand general technical usage patterns;

6. Offline Functionality

Chains Crystal is designed to be fully playable offline. Core gameplay, level progression, Crystal Atlas content, cosmetic chain styles, Daily Chain, and daily rewards do not require an active internet connection or a user account.

The Application does not use third-party advertising services and does not provide in-app purchases.

Technical diagnostic or crash-reporting services may process limited device-related and diagnostic information only as necessary to support application stability, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell users’ personal data.

Limited technical or diagnostic information may be processed by service providers used for crash reporting, diagnostics, or technical operation of the Application, only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, platform rules, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the developer, or the Application.

9. Data Retention

Technical, diagnostic, and crash-related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Application.

Retention periods may also depend on the settings and policies of technical service providers used in connection with the Application.

The Application is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children.

The Application does not require users to create an account, submit contact details, or provide payment information.

Depending on your device settings, you may be able to limit or reset your Advertising ID and manage privacy preferences through your operating system settings.

You may remove locally stored gameplay data by clearing the Application’s storage or uninstalling the Application from your device.

You may also contact us if you have questions about the handling of your information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed through the Application.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Users

The Application may be available to users in different countries and regions. Technical or diagnostic information may be processed on servers located in various jurisdictions depending on the infrastructure of service providers.

Continued use of the Application after changes are published means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
